Thomas Rento joined Conley Associates in 2006 as its Chief Financial Officer. He provides a wide range of operational and financial oversight responsibilities to the firm’s four distinct operating divisions, which include tenant/buyer representation, advisory services, construction supervision, and design services divisions.

Prior to joining Conley Associates, Mr. Rento was the Real Estate Project Executive for a national financial services firm based in New York City. Mr. Rento had lease management responsibilities for over 4,000 tenancies throughout the NYC metropolitan area. Additionally he managed an Ohio Mall and spearheaded the sale and subsequent redevelopment of the property. He had direct oversight of a staff of 40 in 3 states.

Prior to working in NYC, Mr. Rento held various leasing, management and financial positions with real estate firms in the Northeast. He has had direct financial and operational responsibility for over $500 million in commercial real estate owned by publicly traded National REITs, Institutional Investors and various State Agencies.

Mr. Rento received his BA in Economics from Fordham University – Bronx, NY. He later earned his MBA in Accounting from Fordham University – NYC, NY. He achieved the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of New York.
