![]() Timothy R. Conley, CCIM President From 1989 to 1993, Tim Conley worked as a real estate agent in a local office of a national real estate firm. During his tenure, he was awarded the "Number One producing Agent" award for every year of his affiliation. Also during this time with the national firm, Tim earned the prestigious honor of being recognized as the Highest Producing Commercial Agent in North America. In October 1993 Mr. Conley started Conley Realty Associates, Ltd., a traditional commercial real estate brokerage company. Conley Associates assists building owners and managers in the lease or sale of their properties.
