From 1989 to 1993, Tim Conley worked as a real estate agent in a local office of a national real estate firm. During his tenure, he was awarded the "Number One producing Agent" award for every year of his affiliation. Also during this time with the national firm, Tim earned the prestigious honor of being recognized as the Highest Producing Commercial Agent in North America.

In October 1993 Mr. Conley started Conley Realty Associates, Ltd., a traditional commercial real estate brokerage company. Conley Associates assists building owners and managers in the lease or sale of their properties. The success of Conley Associates is due to our strong market knowledge, providing a high degree of professionalism to each and every client, and understanding the needs of the client so their best interest can be served.

Conley Associates provides clients with a unique approach to real estate services by employing proactive marketing techniques, accurate pricing, and in-depth market knowledge. We execute a sale or lease at the best possible price in the least amount of time. Our aggressive marketing approach has created a high success rate for our clients.

In 1994 Mr. Conley founded the tenant representation and advisory services side of the business to assist clients on a local, national and international basis. Tenant representation services assist tenants and purchasers of real estate in lease negotiations, relocations, restructuring and expansions. Advisory services include valuation and appraisal, financial analysis, development services and physical planning services.

Mr. Conley has continually developed new and innovative ways to successfully build one of the leading real estate offices in the Capital Region.

Mr. Conley earned his CCIM designation in 2000. A CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) is a recognized expert in the field of commercial real estate. Only 2% of the commercial real estate practitioners worldwide belong to this elite group.

Among his other ventures, Mr. Conley:
• Owns a combined total of 280,500 square feet of investment property.
• Founded Mortgage Brokerage Services in 1995.
• Acquired a prominent interior design firm for in-house space planning and finishes in 2003.
