Richard Curri

Richard Curri joined Conley Associates in 2008, as a consultant.  In this role Mr. Curri assists his clients with their real estate decisions, helping them to establish objectives and educating them throughout the entire process.  He helps to ensure that his client’s real estate decisions fit their business needs.  To accomplish this Mr. Curri performs programming studies, facility reviews, market analysis, and financial analysis of the options available to his clients. 

Mr. Curri possesses outstanding economic and analytical skills.  These skills combined with his strong work ethic help Mr. Curri achieve the greatest results for his clients, based on their informed decisions.  Mr. Curri came to Conley Associates with a strong financial and managerial background.  He had held positions as an account supervisor as well as a retail account representative for his previous employers.

Mr. Curri attended the State University of New York at Albany where he successfully earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.  Mr. Curri is also in the process of completing the required courses for his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) candidacy. A CCIM is a recognized expert in the field of commercial real estate.
