Liz Kormos joined Conley Associates in 2006. As a senior consultant she provides a wide range of real estate consulting services to clients. She assists the Client in establishing real estate objectives, performs programming studies, facility reviews, market analysis, financial analysis, site selection, and contract negotiation.

Ms. Kormos possesses outstanding market analysis, economic and analytical skills. These skills combined with her strong work ethic help Ms. Kormos achieve the greatest results for her clients. Ms. Kormos came to Conley Associates with a strong market and financial analysis and development background. She was a vice president for a major local developer of medical and commercial office projects, was head of planning for a seven hospital Health Care System in Dallas, TX and a founder of a major developer of medical office and senior housing projects.

Ms. Kormos is active in her local community as a Board member of the Voorheesville Community and School Foundation and the chair of the New Scotland Senior Services Advisory Board.

Ms. Kormos attended Mount Holyoke College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. She also earned an MS in Biology and an MBA from Northeastern University. Ms. Kormos is also in the process of completing the required courses for her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) candidacy. A CCIM is a recognized expert in the field of commercial real estate.
