Ginger Booth joined Conley Associates in 2005. She is responsible for all Accounts Payable and Receivable for Conley Associates and related companies. Ms. Booth works closely with the design and construction departments; as well as, the consultants to address specific accounting needs based upon the scope of the project.

Prior to joining Conley Associates, Ms. Booth was the operations manager for a residential real estate company overseeing 900+ units. Here she utilized her strong human resource management and accounting skills. She was also involved in vendor negotiations as well.

In addition to working for Conley Associates; Ms. Booth owns a company, along with her husband, which specializes in rehabbing and selling distressed residential property. Her focus in that area is job costing and time tracking, along with budgeting.

Ms. Booth attended the University of Tennessee where she received a B.S. with a major in Biology and minor in Chemistry.
