Doug Marr joined Conley Associates in 2001. As Director of the Tenant and Buyer Representation Division, Doug is responsible for the training and oversight of the consultants on staff.  The Tenant and Buyer Representation Division helps businesses establish real estate objectives and requirements for potential lease or purchase transactions.  The services include facility reviews, site selections, market and financial analysis, and contract negotiations.

In addition to Tenant and Buyer Representation services, Doug provides Advisory Services in multiple areas of commercial real estate. Some of these areas include, financial feasibility studies, property valuations, lending consulting, asset management consulting, lease renewals, expansion and contraction requirements, lease audits, and development consulting.

As a lifelong resident of the Capital Region, he has extensive knowledge of the local market.  However, he has also assisted businesses with their commercial real estate requirements in over 10 different states.  Overall, he has participated in over 75 million dollars of commercial real estate transactions.
