Doug Marr joined Conley Associates in 2001. He provides traditional brokerage services to property owners and managers, as well as a wide range of tenant representation services to clients. Tenant representation services include helping clients establish real estate objectives, and performing programming studies, facility reviews, market analysis, financial analysis, site selection and contract negotiation.

Prior to joining Conley Associates, Mr. Marr was president and general manager of a well-known restaurant in Colonie, NY. He was involved in all financial and operational aspects of the business, which had annual revenues exceeding three million dollars. In addition to gaining a tremendous amount of experience, he also created many business relationships in the Tri-State area during his 20-year tenure at the restaurant.

A lifelong resident of the Capital Region, he has been involved with many local organizations such as the March of Dimes, The Senior Services of Albany, Children's Hospital of Albany, The Center for the Disabled, Colonie D.A.R.E., Equinox Independent Living Service, and local YMCAs.

Mr. Marr earned his CCIM designation in 2004. A CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) is a recognized expert in the field of commercial real estate. Only 2% of the commercial real estate practitioners worldwide belong to this elite group.
