Cheryl Lasher
Business Development Manager

Cheryl Lasher is responsible for business outreach and development as well as special project identification. She was previously a consultant with Conley Associates' design division. Prior to joining Conley Associates, Cheryl was the small business owner/manager for more than 10 years of one of the leading interior design firms in the Capital Region. Ms. Lasher worked with corporate clients such as First Albany Corporation, GE, and many other companies on both new construction and renovation projects. Her responsibilities included developing budgets and standards programs plus supervising schedules. Her role entailed collaborating with designers, architects, contractors, engineers and other professionals on a wide spectrum of projects including Albany International Airport. Cheryl also authored articles for the NY Real Estate Journal.

Ms. Lasher represented some of the top products in the contract furniture industry prior to founding her company. She also was a general manager in the retail industry, where she supervised staffs, facilities and operations in local firms specializing in high-end, designer-oriented goods and services.

She holds an MBA from the UAlbany School of Business in Albany, NY and a BA from Hood College in Frederick, MD.
