Bruce O’Connell has over 30 years of expertise in the construction industry. Mr. O’Connell is a resourceful project manager and administrator. At Conley Associates, Mr. O’Connell is responsible for bidding out construction pricing, verifying the methods and means of the pricing, coordinating the subcontractors and the construction process, establishing a construction timeline, securing contracts, obtaining permits, approving all job related invoices, and overseeing the day to day construction process. He continually strives to achieve the best results for his clients. Just prior to joining Conley Associates, Mr. O’Connell was the owner of a local construction firm for 21 years. There he was involved in every aspect of the projects his company took on. Previous to starting his own firm, Mr. O’Connell was employed by various private construction firms in the area.

Mr. O’Connell received his degree in Construction Technology from Hudson Valley Community College.
